“It is easier to build boys and girls than to repair men and women”
Bill Wilson
The Oasis has one golden rule. Love the Lord and love people. It is to be a safe place for children, a place to learn who they are and be themselves. In reality the Oasis is people loving and training children like you would in a family. Healthy boundaries, hard work and honour are key pillars to restoring life for children who need it.
People are important because God made them important and that is the second thrust to the Oasis. It is not only a place where kids are safe but a place where God is honoured, worshiped and prayed to. The other half of the Oasis is a 24/7 prayer and worship center, a prayer furnace, Jacob’s ladder, the mitochondria of God’s purposes.
