Witness To All Nations Inner City Development Project: The Oasis
The purpose of the WTANs ICDP is to increase the quality of life for young children in Regina’s inner city, especially North Central Regina.  Our mandate is to empower young individuals to take ownership of their lives.  It is achieved on three levels: empowering individuals to act without fear and free from abuses including drugs and alcohol and other controlling addictions, increasing the level of employability and income and finally providing opportunities for individuals to receive personal healing, encouragement to reach their goals.

WTAN is a not for profit Charity and its head office is 686 Pasqua St. in Regina. WTAN is the outreach arm of Lighthouse to All Nations Church. WTAN works internationally as well as locally.  Legally WTAN is a separate registered entity. However, there is overlap between the board members of WTAN and LTAN church and therefore they work together closely in projects.  Finances between the LTAN and WTAN are separate.  They are separate entities and therefore any funds given to WTAN stay within WTAN projects.   WTAN has purchased property from which The Oasis will operate; it is located at 1265/1261 Garnet Street in Regina.  The property consists of three buildings, a church a hall and a house.

The facility
The oasis consists of over 10 000 square feet of building space and just under half an acre of yard space. There is a residential house, a hall and a sanctuary.  The yard is fenced and provides a fun space for children.
